The Shredz Gym Workout app is produced in conjunction with FitMetrix, the fitness industry standard heart rate monitoring and tracking system. That means you can track your personal HIIT class performance metrics like max heart rate, calories burned etc. You can also track weekly and monthly totals to measure your progress. Gym members can also pair their HR monitors to the system and view their metrics in real time!
