I had the good fortune to have extensive experience in a number of areas that directly benefit my clients. For twenty plus years I worked in a commercial lending environment that in many cases involved utilizing residential real estate as collateral for the business loans. As a loan officer, credit manager and eventually the CEO I gained valuable insight into residential property valuation from an asset based lenders perspective. This experience is very useful in working with the lenders and mortgage companies. I am able to take a more proactive role in representing my client's interest's in these very difficult times for buyers and sellers.

Once I became a REALTOR®, I had a very successful year in the southern California market before going on a family adventure to Iowa and Nevada. I successfully worked with the best Broker in both of those markets and learned about buying and selling real estate in those very different legal systems and market conditions. Having gone through three corporate relocations with my family and representing friends/clients in corporate relocations I have first-hand experience in that area to draw upon that many agents lack. This certainly adds an additional level of understanding and compassion for families going through a corporate relocation.

Also as a REALTOR®, in addition to selling beautiful luxury homes as a Luxury Portfolio Certified Agent, I have had the opportunity to get education and experience in buying and selling Brand New Homes, Short Sales, Bank-Owned Properties, Probate Properties as well a strong background in dealing with the purchase of properties with deferred maintenance and damage (fixers).
