Welcome to KICK, a boutique kickboxing studio created by

women, for women, to empower women. KICK offers an

integrative, full-body workout that combines kickboxing with

fitness elements from HIIT, barre, Pilates and yoga styles.

This unique, fun workout requires you to stay present and focused,

giving your brain a reprieve from your day, while also resulting in a high caloric burn that also builds strong, lean muscles. KICK offers group fitness classes and private training in an upscale environment utilizing cutting-edge technology and techniques.
