FORME Fitness is a class based studio that specializes in maximizing fat-loss. We've upgarded the group training experience with the best trainers, the best equipment and a proven methos that delivers jaw dropping results. Classes at FORME Fitness last 50 minutes and are broken up into classes that focus on Metabolic Conditoning (HIIT, Tabata, Cardio) and Metabolic Resistance Training (weight training, circuits) to deliver the most efficient workout and dramatic resuts.

With our mobile App, you can view class schedules, sign up for classes, view ongoing promotions, as well as view the studio's location and contact info. You can also track your workouts inside and outside the club!

A new week of classes bookings opens every Sunday at 4:00pm. If your preferred class is full, you can join the waitlist.
