Speed reading technique aims to improve the efficiency of reading by:

- Reading by phrase.

- Increasing the number of words in each word phrase when you read.

- Reducing the time for reading each word phrase.

- Avoiding reading again browsed sentences as much as possible when you read.

Try to practice at least 30 minutes a day and split into several times a day for the best results. Remember that there is no time limit for training yourself. If you want to improve your reading skills faster, then practice it anytime.
