• T AllCare coordinator picks up and delivers mobile phone, visits repair center, and receives compensation (twice during subscription period)

■ My Page

• Check the status of insurance products you have signed up for and the receipt of compensation.

• Estimated compensation and deductible can be confirmed

■ Information on consent regarding personal information protection policy

• We collect app usage analysis and device data to provide better services. If an app error occurs, related data such as device ID may be passed on to a third party to resolve the problem.

• In relation to this, when running the app for the first time after downloading, we ask for consent regarding the privacy policy and consent for the use of personal information to process customer consultation, which is a basic service.

• Phone: Permission to check the device phone number and make a call.

• Camera: Permission to take pictures for file attachment when applying for compensation and consultation, permission to diagnose camera items when using self-diagnosis

• Photos/media/files: Permission to download files and attach images/files when applying for compensation and consulting

• Location: Permission to diagnose Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and location items when using self-diagnosis

• Proximity device: Permission to diagnose Bluetooth items when using self-diagnosis

• Microphone: Permission to diagnose microphone items when using self-diagnosis
