Mapping and effective troubleshooting in municipalities. Compatible with GIS application WEGAS.

SOiKA is a mobile application that allows you to effectively solve and map faults in the territory of your municipality and your city. Citizens are actively involved in the events in the municipality and can thus report any defect or deficiency, while all reports are clearly located and supported by photographs. Tracing is very easy and effective for the municipality.

Main functions of the application:

• Exact position of the fault

• Own description of the fault

• Add photos to the reported error

• Link to WEGAS

The big advantage is the classification of messages into predetermined categories. You will have an overview of faults and their status, ie whether they are in the solution state, in the successfully solved state or are only reported so far. Using the application, you can also inform your citizens about upcoming traffic restrictions, about organizing various cultural events, about water outages or any other sharing.

SOiKA was developed in the Czech Republic. Thanks to this, the entire application is available for the Czech and Slovak Republics and Czech customer support is also available.
