Indonesia Kelatnas Shield is one member IPSI (Indonesian Pencak Silat Association), the official governing body of martial arts in Indonesia under the auspices of KONI (Indonesian National Sports Committee). Indonesia Kelatnas Shield is one of 10 universities awarded martial arts Historical Universities Pencak Silat as contribute to and influence on the historical development of the IPSI and martial arts in general at the beginning of the era of the formation of IPSI.
