Tower of Fantasy Confirms Ruby & Saki Fuwa Will Join The Permanent Banners

Saki Fuwa and Ruby are on their way to the Permanent Banners in the Tower of Fantasy! Soon the New Permanent Pool Update event will see their arrival, starting from the upcoming v3.1 update.
Tower of Fantasy will include Simulacrums Ruby and Saki Fuwa in the Permanent Weapon Choice and Choice Matrices beginning with Version 3.1, which is scheduled to be released on August 8th, 2023. These new characters will be accessible immediately upon the launch of the updated Version on all Global servers.
Ruby and Saki Fuwa will be added to the permanent banners
Saki Fuwa and Ruby were both introduced to the Tower of Fantasy game during its early stages. Since then, they have been re-released several times to give new players an opportunity to obtain these characters. This allows newer players to have a chance at pulling for previous characters in the game.
Due to the rapid progress of the game and their efforts to match the Chinese version, obtaining characters that were previously only available for a limited time will be challenging. However, there is some good news as both Ruby and Saki Fuwa will now be permanently included in the banners starting from August 8th, 2023 with Version 3.1 update.
Saki Fuwa: An ice defense-type weapon
Saki Fuwa in Tower of Fantasy is a character who specializes in using ice-based abilities and has the Frost Resonance ability. With her Frost attribute, she can cause damage with ice-related attacks and skills. This allows players to use Saki Fuwa as either an offensive damage dealer or a defensive shield breaker during battles.

Ruby: A flame-powered character
