Pokemon Go September Community Day Classic Features Charmander

Following the July feature of Squirtle, Pokemon Go is set to bring back another gen one starter, Charmander, as the star of September's Community Day Classic event.
In the past few months, Niantic has consistently organized Community Day Classic events alongside their usual Community Day. In July, they highlighted Squirtle and now in September, they are planning to showcase another original starter Pokémon from generation one, Charmander.
On September 2nd, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm local time, players can catch the popular Lizard Pokémon, Charmander, during the Community Day Classic event in Pokémon Go. Charmander will be more common than usual and there is also a chance of encountering a rare Shiny version of it.
It is highly advantageous to evolve your Pokémon before the day ends. If players successfully evolve Charmander into Charmeleon, and then into Charizard within two hours after the event, they will have a powerful Pokémon that knows Dragon Breath as its Fast Attack and Blast Burn as its Charged Attack.
To evolve Charmander, you need a lot of Candy that can only be obtained by catching many Charmanders. This is where the Field Research comes into play. Players will have the opportunity to encounter multiple Charmanders and also receive Stardust, Great Balls, and Charizard Mega Energy. Additionally, Timed Researches will provide even more rewards for players.
Trainers have the opportunity to participate in the Community Day Classic Special Research Story, which can be obtained by paying $1.00 or its equivalent in different regions. Although the tickets are not available yet, they will be released shortly. Additionally, trainers can also give these tickets as gifts to their buddies who have reached at least the Great Friends level.
During the event, there will be various bonuses that participants can make use of. Lure Modules and Incense will have an extended duration of three hours, allowing trainers to attract more Pokémon. Additionally, catching Pokémon during this time will earn trainers triple the amount of Stardust. Moreover, taking snapshots throughout the Community Day event will result in receiving unexpected rewards.
