Waiting for the next Honkai Star Rail update? HoYoverse confirmed the release date of Honkai Star Rail version 2.3 update. Preparing for it! This fresh new version is scheduled to release next week, on June 19th, 2024!

Also, details of the Honkai Star Rail 2.3 update, titled "Farewell, Penacony" have been unveiled. This update marks the conclusion of the Trailblazer’s adventure in Penacony and introduces new playable characters, events, and free rewards.

Honkai Star Rail v2.3: Release Date and Schedule

• The Honkai Star Rail 2.3 update is set to be released on June 19, 2024.

Honkai Star Rail v2.3: New Characters and Banners

Here's the most exciting part! Two new 5-star characters will make their debuts in the Honkai Star Rail 2.3 update:

• Firefly: A new 5-star Fire attacker of The Destruction path.
• Jade: A new 5-star Quantum attacker of The Erudition path.

Phase 1:

• Firefly
• Ruan Mei
• 4-Star characters: Gallagher, Misha, Xueyi

Phase 2

• Jade
• Argenti
• 4-Star characters: Serval, Natasha, Asta

Honkai Star Rail 2.3 update will have two Banner phases:

Phase 1:

• Firefly's Firefull Flyshine Banner (June 19 - July 10)
• Ruan Mei's Floral Triptych Banner (July 10 - July 30)

Phase 2:

• Jade's Lien on Life, Lease on Fate Banner (July 10 - July 30)
• Argenti's Thorns of Scented Crown Banner (July 30 - August 13)

Honkai Star Rail v2.3: New Light Cones

Here are the two new 5-star Light Cones in the Brilliant Fixation Banner:

• Yet Hope is Priceless (Jade)
• Whereabouts Should Dream Rest (Firefly)

Additionally, the Bygone Reminiscence Light Cone Banner will feature reruns of Ruan Mei's Past Self in Mirror Harmony path Light Cone during Phase 1 and Argenti's An Instant Before A Gaze Erudition path Light Cone during Phase 2.

• Origami Bird Clash

A match-3 mini-game.

Use Bombs to blow up 3x3, 4x4, and larger sections! Boost the origami bird's power!

A new and updated Stellar event - New mechanism activated! Refreshing stellar combat is calling on you!

All permanent content, double drop periods and login events including:

• New Trailblaze Mission - Concludes the Penacony adventure.
• New area - Radiant Feldspar.
• Divergent Universe - New type of Simulated Universe with a new weekly challenge.

• Apocalyptic Shadows - New permanent challenge mode that will alternate with Pure Fiction and Memory of Chaos.
• Stellar Jade rewards increased to 800 for Pure Fiction and Memory of Chaos.
• When Charmony Rings Out - A permanent event to get one Harmony Trailblazer Eidolon, and unlock the Harmony Trailblazer early after unlocking the Trailblazer's path of Preservation.

• Two new Planar Ornament sets - Duran, Dynasty of Running Wolves and Forge of the Kalpagni Lantern.

• Two new Cavern Relic sets - Iron Cavalry Against the Scourge and The Wind-Soaring Valorous.
• New Erudition path Light Cone in Herta's Shop - 5-Star Eternal Calculus.
• Gift Of Odyssey check-in event - 10 Special Star Rail Passes.
• Planar Fissure event for Planar Ornaments double drops.
• Realm of the Strange event for Cavern Relic double drops.
• New Erudition path Trace materials.
