What’s New in Honkai Star Rail 1.3?

On the day of its release, a new banner introduces three fresh characters to the roster. These include Dan Heng's latest form called Imbibator Lunae and Fu Xuan, both being five-star characters. Additionally, there is also Lynx who is a four-star character.
