Genshin Impact 3.8 Update "Secret Summer Paradise" Comes on July 5th, 2023

HoYoverse will release the Version 3.8 update of Genshin Impact called "Secret Summer Paradise" on July 5th. In this new region, players can play with Klee and Kaeya who have new outfits available to them while enjoying various seasonal attractions and rewards in a limited time frame. Additionally, during their Special Program presentation today, HoYoverse revealed Fontaine's urban view as its next major location for the game.

New region Veluriyam Mirage in Genshin Impact 3.8 update

A new area called Veluriyam Mirage will be available to visitors this summer near Teyvat. It includes high hills, valleys covered in forests, mysterious caves, and several entertainment facilities. The Choo-Choo Cart is a rollercoaster ride that takes passengers on an exciting journey around the region while Preprint mode teleports players into a two-dimensional world where they can discover hidden treasures and solve puzzles. Players can collect Joyeux Vouchers as they explore the Mirage and use them to purchase perks such as Kaeya's latest outfit design.

The Veluriyam Mirage has four special events and attractions during the summer. These games offer extra advantages, such as the chance to hire Layla for free. One of the events "Spino Blaster" involves a shooting water cannon game, while "Dance of Flashing Thinking" presents various fighting challenges with different elements involved.

The competition called "Sojourns of the Barking Fox" offers two different options for participants. They can either control a small Barking Fox and compete in a race that takes place in the air, or they can participate in a modified version of the shuffleboard called "Bing-Bang Finchball."

Genshin Impact 3.8 brings back familiar characters like Klee and Eula

The upcoming Version 3.8 will introduce new outfits and bring back some familiar characters with their replays. Klee and Eula will return in the first part of the update for Event Wishes, while Sangonomiya Kokomi and Wanderer will come back in the second half. Additionally, Kaeya and Klee are getting new clothes, and Kaeya's Hangout Event is finally happening in this updated version.

The Genius Invokation TCG has added new content such as the Endless Swarm mode in Forge Realm, where players face an unlimited number of enemies within a specific round limit. Additionally, there are three new Character Cards available named Candace, Yanfei and Kaedehara Kazuha.

During the Genshin Impact Special Program, a brief preview of Fontaine's upcoming footage was shown. The video will be released later this year and features stunning views of streets above water, including the Fleuve Cendre and sewers. Additionally, it showcases underwater life such as aquatic creatures and their ecosystem captured on camera.
