Diablo Immortal's Writhing Abyss Update Introduces New Endgame Content

For those players seeking more endgame content and those who feel they've conquered every challenge Diablo Immortal has to present, the newly arrived update, Writhing Abyss, is aimed at you. This update brings an abundance of new endgame content and modes, designed to test even the most experienced veterans.

The centerpiece of this update is the Abyssal Verge, a new game mode where up to four players traverse a fog-covered portal world, eliminating as many monsters as they encounter. However, players must always be on the move, pursued relentlessly by a menacing entity known as the Breath of Fear.

Players must remain within a safe zone until they square off against what is depicted as "the ultimate boss encounter."

Furthermore, there's also the challenging Erreban. In this mode, teams of up to four players are tasked with collecting as many chests as possible whilst evading monsters and traps. As players explore the castle, unearthing hidden chests, a final chest is eventually spawned. You're then given just 30 seconds to seize it and flee the castle. Here's the catch: you're also relentlessly pursued by an unstoppable boss throughout.
