Clash Royale June 2023 Update Is Coming with Crowns & Chests

Fans of Clash Royale will be happy to hear that the June 2023 update will reintroduce crowns and chests through Events mode. This decision comes after they had previously removed them from Events 2.0, but now players can once again earn crowns by participating in Event battles and win chests as rewards for winning those battles.

Crowns And Chests Are Coming Back to The Clash Royale June 2023 Update

In March, there was a controversial update to Clash Royale's 2v2 party mode where the creators decided to take away crowns and chests from the game. This event had been very popular with players because it was both fun and rewarding. However, after these changes were made, players started playing less in this mode since it wasn't as enjoyable anymore.

Despite their belief that it is not a permanent fix, Clash Royale has decided to reverse their decision and bring back the adjustment in the upcoming June update. The reason behind this change of heart is due to feedback from players who were unhappy with how removing a source of Crowns and chests was affecting their progress in casual game modes.

They had a reason for removing them, as they wanted to make it clear that the main focus of Clash Royale was on Trophy Road and Path of Legends instead of casual events. They didn't want players to be too focused on playing events, which ended up not working out as they hoped.

The team is considering making significant changes to their plans for the future, and they have hinted that one of these may involve doing away with the chest queue. However, because it takes time to make decisions and put them into action, players will still be able to earn Crowns and chests until the update is ready.
