My Renault is always the best way to get your hands on a Renault. We provide the following functions for our customers.

Key features of the My Renault app:

1) Check and manage my car information

- Provides information for managing your vehicle, such as checking the warranty period and when to replace consumables.

- You can easily check your car's manual information through the app.

- Provides chat consultation (Angel Center Talk), connection to the call center of your car insurance company, and recall notification functions.

2) Convenient maintenance reservation

- You can check the maintenance network status in real time on the app and make a maintenance reservation.

- Provides app push notifications when replacing consumables or maintenance.

- Provides estimated cost information, including labor. (limited to some networks)

3) openR link & openR panoramic screen

- Provides various vehicle remote control functions through the app. (Remote start/air conditioning, vehicle door opening/locking, horn/light control)

- Provides the ability to find my car location and transfer destinations to my car.

- Checking vehicle status for vehicle management is available in the app. (fuel remaining, driving distance, cumulative driving distance)

4) Membership and owner events

- Provides various news, events, promotions, and discount information.

- You can check the details and expiration date of the membership provided for the owner.

- We also provide information such as accessory shopping mall, Happy Care warranty extension subscription, new car information check, and online quotation.

As of April 3, 2024, Renault Korea's mobile app is adopting a new name and logo, My Renault, in line with the Renault brand's global values ​​of modernity and innovation.

[Smartwatch app]

- Starting September 1, 2023, the openR link remote control function of the My Renault app will be available for Galaxy Watch 4 and later models through the smart watch app.

- Available for Wear OS v3.0 or higher

- Please log in first on the smartphone My Renault app and run the watch app. (Cannot be used if you are not logged in to the smartphone My Renault app, are not registered with openR link, or have vehicles that do not support openR link.)

- We provide tiles. You can view information by registering a tile in the watch app.
