Application for sports training and exercise monitoring

Application for sports training in groups and individually. Our application will help the coach create a plan for daily, home workouts for athletes and monitor their implementation using computer vision. MoveToWin - Training will prepare athletes during the season and during pre-season training.

The application monitors the execution of exercises using computer vision. Automatic calculation of a large number of different types of exercises is supported.

📝 Create a daily training plan - Using the application, a coach can create a daily home training plan for a team or individually for an athlete.

🔢 Monitor and count exercises – Our application, using computer vision, controls the execution itself and counts the number of exercises completed.

📊 View statistics – Coach and athletes can always view statistics of completed exercises for each athlete

🏆 Motivate athletes – The coach and athletes can always see the group leaders - who completed the most exercises, which is an excellent motivation for athletes.

How to start using the MoveToWin – Workouts app:

1. Install MoveToWin on the coach’s phone;

2. In the application, create a group to add athletes;

3. Invite athletes to the group using the code that will be indicated in the application;

4. Install MoveToWin on the athlete’s phone;

5. In the athlete’s application, select login using the code and enter the code given by the coach;

6. You have joined the group and will be able to see the given exercises and statistics for all participants;

7. Train and move towards victory!
