Mitra Aqua Home Service is a mobile application developed to support Aqua partners in carrying out their business operations more easily and efficiently. This application provides fast and structured access for partners to receive, process and complete customer orders digitally.

Order Management – ​​Partners can receive and view a list of orders with clear statuses such as Ready for Delivery and Completed.

Payment Management – ​​Make transactions easier with digital payment options using QRIS, which can be shared directly with customers via WhatsApp or displayed in the form of a QR Code.

Tracking and Delivery – Partners can update delivery status and upload photos of proof of order receipt that have customer location information as a condition for completing the order.

Sales Summary – Displays transaction reports, number of orders, as well as total turnover and operational costs in an informative dashboard display.
