The Encore Direct app gives investors in Encore real estate opportunities mobile access to the latest Encore news, investment overviews, and account details. Investors can view current and historical quarterly reports for each of their investments in multifamily, commercial, and hospitality projects, as well as detailed quarterly updates for all Encore Fund investments. Investors can contact their Investment Director and Investor Relations Associate directly and also provide feedback through the app, ensuring a timely response to all comments and requests. Users can choose push notifications to be alerted when new items are posted.
