How to Create a Clubhouse Account

In fact, Clubhouse is exactly one of the social network services providing people with online chat rooms to have conversations on various topics, for instance, entertainment news, celebrity news, the hottest fashions, photos, movies, TV shows, and many more! There are a few steps you can follow to learn how to create a new account, follow someone on Clubhouse, and created a room to have a chat with a group of like-minded people.

What is Clubhouse?

As an audio-based social media app, Clubhouse is a good social platform where people all around the world can come together to talk, listen and share views with each other online. Here you can start or join a chat anytime, anywhere, and also talk about numerous topics without limits.

Create a profile

Install the clubhouse app on your Android device and launch it.
Tap Welcome in as shown at the bottom of the screen.
Enter your phone number, and press Next.
Enter the verification code you received and tap Next.

Click on Import from Twitter to log in to your Twitter account, of course, you can choose to enter my info manually if you want.
Enter your first name and last name, then generate a cool username for Clubhouse that start with the @ (at) symbol.
Upload a photo or take one as your profile picture or you can tap Skip to skip this step. With that, all done, tap Next.

Next, you can select topics you're interested in or you can just skip to the next page. What's more, remember to give notification permissions on your Android phone. Click on Allow, then you can receive notifications from the Clubhouse in time.

Follow users

Now a pop-up menu will appear. Click on OK to give Clubhouse access to your contacts.

Select all accounts that you are fond of, tap plus buttons on the right, then hit Follow near the bottom of your screen. If there's no account you prefer to follow, you may want to tap Deselect all and turn to the home page directly.

Important: Of course, any user has the right to grant or deny the app access to system settings. But if you skip this part or close access to your contact list, you will lose the privilege of inviting other users.

Start a chat room

After following users on Clubhouse, the app will redirect you to its front page where you can see a Start a room button at the bottom. Tap it, select one sharing model from Open, Social and Closed and then tap add a topic, write a topic you'd like to talk about with other people. Hit Let's go, soon you will find that a new room is successfully created.
