The Version 4.0 Update of the game Genshin Impact introduced a series of world quests called "A Certain Notice, A Certain Trifle, and A Certain Stamp". These quests are all related to each other and can be initiated by visiting the Court of Fontaine in Palais Mermonia. World Quest Location 1 - A Certain Notice
To begin this questline, you must first complete A Certain Notice. To trigger this quest, teleport to the Statue of the Seven in the Court of Fontaine and proceed forward into Palais Mermonia. Inside, you will find Iaune sitting at his desk reflecting on his life's work. All the individuals you need to meet are located in the same office and just a few steps away from each other, so follow the directions provided to successfully finish this mission. At the conclusion of this quest, Iaune is required to write a proposal and you must wait until the following day for further progress.
World Quest Location 2 - A Certain Trifle
In the second quest of this quest line, players can bypass waiting for a daily reset by simply adjusting the in-game time to the next morning (between 8:00 and 12:00). This feature is accessible through the in-game clock function that many Genshin Impact players are familiar with, as it was introduced during the Monstadt archon quest. During this particular quest, players will assist Iaune in purchasing a new keycap from Estelle without using their own mora. Once this interaction is complete, they can return to Palais Mermonia to finish the quest and then wait until the following day for further progression.
World Quest Location 3 - A Certain Stamp
Just like the previous mission, there is no need to wait for a daily reset. Simply adjust the in-game time to the next morning between 8:00 and 12:00 to access the final quest. Pay attention to conversations and follow along to successfully finish this task. To advance further, you will have to interact with the Autostamper 3000 device and ensure it is working properly again by experimenting with its functions.
World Quests Rewards
After successfully finishing the World Quest called "A Certain Notice, A Certain Trifle, A Certain Stamp" in Genshin Impact, players will receive a reward of 9 Hero's wit and 64500 Mora.
