Fantasy iron - also called dream or fairytale travel - are among the guided, imaginative relaxation methods.

Scientifically, however, these were only examined in the last century and used u.a. at:

The duration of the fantasy iron depends on the adjustable pause lengths.

Adjusting the pause lengths

Breaks to track down and deepening of the performances are always intended for an imagination and pre-set with 25 seconds. These breaks can be adjusted according to your own preferences.

Falling asleep or taking back

All fantasy iron can be used to fall asleep or with return.

Intro - Tuning

Attunements at the beginning of the imaginary journeys selectable - long / short intro / no intro:

The long intro (11 min) includes elements and basic exercises from autogenic training that will lead you to deep relaxation before the fantasy journey begins. In the short intro (4 min) there is a short introduction to the relaxation - but without elements of autogenic training. Without an intro, the fanatical journey begins immediately.

Select music 1-5 and adjust volume

For all fantasy iron, you can choose from 5 relaxing music and 9 natural sounds, each of which can be individually adapted to the volume of the voice. If desired, music / sounds can also be used without voice for relaxation or to fall asleep.

On any fantasy iron you can set any length of time for the relaxation music with / without nature sounds, so that the gentle music deepens your relaxation even further or accompanies you to sleep.

KeepScreenOn

If sound problems occur during standby (timeout), activate the KeepScreenOn mode (in very rare cases).
