Download our app on your phone so that you can monitor your cardiac intensity during your workout. The app enables monitoring heart rate, cardiac intensity, and calories burned in real time so that you can adjust your cardiac intensity to meet your training goals. Once your workout is done, you get a detailed overview of how many minutes you have spent in each heart rate zone, and your average heart rate during your Chisel N Stride workout. Performance data from each workout is stored by training day to enable you to track and monitor your fitness progress. The app works in combination with the Chisel N Stride heart rate sensor.
