BimmerInsight Diagnose&Coding

BimmerInsight is a diagnostic and coding tool designed specifically for BMW F and G Series owners.

The functions you can perform in the Diagnostics section are briefly as follows

Read and clear fault codes:

Diagnose your vehicle just like your service centre. Unlike generic OBD applications that only read emission-related faults, BimmerInsight allows you to access and clear fault codes from all of your vehicle's control units.

Real-time sensor monitoring:

Access a wide range of real-time sensor readings such as oil temperature and boost pressure. Customise your dashboard to keep track of all important parameters as you drive.

DPF Regeneration:

Monitor the condition of your diesel particulate filter (DPF). Find out when the last regeneration took place, view accumulated ash and start DPF regeneration at the touch of a button.

Battery log:

After replacing a new battery, simply log it into your engine controller. No need to go to the garage.

Android Auto integration:

With BimmerInsight's Android Auto support, you can monitor vital vehicle data on the go. View real-time parameters such as oil temperature and boost pressure on your Android Auto screen.

Service Reset:

Reset your vehicle's service indicator after a service such as brake pad replacement or oil change.

In the Coding section, you can enable superficial features via Basic mode for beginners if you have the skills

The expert mode allows you to edit many control units.
