Redox Labs developed an Innovative concept called "Pharma Finishing School", which bridges the gap between academics and Industry. Any unemployed youth (BSc/MSc/D.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/Diploma in Engineering(DME, EEE, ECE, CIVIL, DCE , Chemical Engineering) / BSc Fail or drop-out / 10+2 / SSC (10th class) BOYS can get a 60days / 90 days FREE residential Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Training and Guarntee Placement after training immediately.

Who can get this benefit?: All Andhra Pradesh state youth and Jammu & Kasmir Youth. As these states programs are sponsored by Govt of Andhra Pradesh (Rajiv Yuva Kiranaklu) and Govt of India (Himayat - J&K) respectively.

For last 4 years we have trained and placed 5000+ youth. For next 2 years we are prepared for 10000 Placements.

148 Pharma companies are recruiting these trained man power (almost equivalent to 1 year Experience) in India. The numbers are increasing....
