※ Precautions

2. This application requires a network connection (Wi-Fi, 3G / LTE, etc.) for service functions and may incur additional charges depending on the rate plan used.

※ Access permission

The following access rights are required to provide services. For optional access permissions, the default functionality of the service is enabled, although not allowed.

[Optional Access Rights]

- Telephone: Purpose of calling and verifying device number

- Camera: Purpose of diagnosis of camera function

- Location: Purpose of diagnosis function

- Storage space: purpose of providing the function to attach error log and photo file when reporting error

If the OS version of the device is lower than Android 6.0, you can not select whether to allow access permission, so please check whether you can update the OS and then update to Android 6.0 or higher.

After OS update, the previously granted access privileges can be reset through the device's Settings> Application Management menu.
