Orders placed before 17:00 every day will be shipped on the same day.

Orders placed after 17:01 will be shipped the next day.

We will be closed during the year-end and New Year holidays.

We will notify you of any holidays in advance on the "News" screen on the top screen of the app.

It depends on the shipping method.

Your order will be delivered by post within a week of your order.

If you live in Honshu (excluding the Chugoku region), your order will be delivered the next day after shipment.

If you live in Hokkaido, Chugoku region, Shikoku, Kyushu, or Okinawa prefectures, your order will be delivered two days after shipment.

*Sado Island and Awaji Island are shipped the next day. Other remote islands will be delivered within 10 days (estimated).
