[App overview]

The Japan Meteorological Agency is working to promote the utilization of area-wide data, calling it ``Digital AMeDAS,'' an initiative that allows meteorological data at any point to be determined from area-wide analysis of weather data using AMeDAS and satellite data. This app was released for Hokkaido in April 2020, and has been rolled out nationwide since April 2020, with the aim of understanding the utilization status and needs of area data provided by the Japan Meteorological Agency and further improving convenience.
