The “GK Our House” application is a free mobile application that allows owners of apartments, non-residential premises, storage rooms and parking spaces to manage their property as simply and conveniently as possible directly from the screen of a mobile phone or tablet.

The mobile application is available only to those property owners whose homes are serviced by the Nash Dom group of management companies and who have an account in the KVADO.RU Internet service.

• Receiving notifications about various events (about the receipt of a new receipt, a change in the status of an application, the appointment of a specialist for an application, etc.);

• Reminder of the need to submit meter readings and the deadline for payment of receipts;
